  " wthen we arrived Barrier did not go up so pressed and got a token. The assistance button was not very clear. It was freezing and pouring with rain. On return again we could not get out. We had gone in wrong car park. I did not realise there there were 2 mid car parks perhaps it should be made clear On paperwork. It was entirely my fault. We will use you again. But what a night we were soaked and freezing. "

  " Simple yet brilliant, straight forward meet & greet parking made our usual airport madness so much easier. Will% do this again from East Midlands as for us it’s better than going to Birmingham Airport to travel which is on our doorstep! Amazing!!! "

  " It was easy once I found it but the postcode given left me on the main road going past the airport. If I didn't know my way around the general area, I would have struggled. The local map also showed a slightly different location for Long Stay 2. Perhaps the name of the road to add to the postcode on the satnav would help! Apart from this one thing, everything else was top notch! Thanks! "

  " Simple, quick and efficient entry and exit, with no button pushing, cards or tokens needed, or having to call for help. The number plate recognition system did it all. All that is needed is to drive to the barrier and it opens. "
