  " The personal service from your parking attendants was excellent. Such a refreshing change not to have to try and deal with an automated system on your own, the gentleman who greeted us could not have been more helpful, and friendly. It made the start of a long day's travelling that bit easier. ( I just wish I had taken note of his name and then I could have mentioned him personally! "
