  " Able to leave the car and forget about it until the return. Staff helpful.
  Bus should be able to park directly in front of the terminal. Also where the bus currently stops at the airport there are no ramps to and from the bus - thus awkward to negiotate steps.(appreciate this is probably the airport's fault). "

  " I have used Airparks at Cardiff airport on 2 occasions and found it very convenient, close to the airport, very little waiting, good value for money, easy to book and use. I would recommend to anyone thinking of driving to an airport and will use Airparks for every holiday. "

  " it was so easy to just arrive, leave the car, register our arrival and jump on the bus. The only downside was the walk to the arrivals - it was quite a walk to Arrivals and having to lug the cases up steps instead of there being a ramp was slightly disappointing. "

  " Very easy and straight forward. Staff most helpful and polite. The automated key collection is so easy to use which makes the whole process a lot quicker - no queing up! The bus set off within minutes of our arrival and was there to meet us on our return. Would reccommend it to all. "

  " Easy to park. Pleasant and friendly staff on hand if there were any problems. Arriving back after the holiday the car was there ready to go and within 5 minutes of arriving at airparks we were on our way. Brilliant. "

  " Airparks just keeps improving every time we use them. The staff are very polite and helpful. The drop off to the terminal went very smoothly and on our return at 00.40hrs the bus was there waiting to take us back to their premises. I was very impressed by the new method of the new automated key return machine. I also had to use the mens room before setting off on our return journey, very clean and impressive. Well done Airparks you just keep getting better & better
