I was able to enjoy my holiday with the knowledge that my vehicle was secure and would be where I expected it to be when I came home. All the staff were happy and very helpful even at 2am when we arrived back in Wales. "

  " the service was great with very caring staff, what we really need is a ramp from the drop off / pick up point to take our luggage up to road level rather than take an age pulling it around the roads to get it there. "

  " always very good service, 1 have used Birminham, Bristol and Cardiff. Mostly Cardiff as its the nearest at leased 3 times a year. Only problem with Cardiff you are not dropped near the departure terminal. "

  " While Airparks staff were excellent, we cannot say that about the airport facilities - bus dropping elderly people off in car park, quite a distance for them to walk and have to negotiate steps, not even a ramp to aid with luggage. We understand this is not down to Airparks - it seems to be an over the top reaction on the airport authorities part regarding any threat. "

  " We were told we needed to inform Airparks when we had landed. There was no reply to our phonce call. After 20 min of trying we found they had actually brought our car and were waiting for us in the car park without us knowing.
  Apart from that the servic e was very useful. "
