  " It was easy to arrange on line, easy to enter and exit and a bus is available to transfer you to parking bay and return. Only problem on arrival no buses were seen for transfer and we had to walk. It was not far and not raining so not much of a problem for us. When speaking to your staff on site they were both courteous and very helpful, and will certainly use the service in the future. Thank you. "
