  " After being charged twice for your service, and having to point this out to one of your employees, everything went well. Fortunately we saw the double charge when checking our bank account. One obvious way that you can improve is to insert some software into your system to raise a red flag when a client has been charged twice. "

  " The service from start to finish was first class,the car park assistants where extremely helpful and friendly. The transfer bus to the airport was called immediately when we arrived at long stay 3 car park to take us to airport and the same on return journey. The car was exactly were we parked it on returning from holiday no problems. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend this car park service to our friends and family. "

  " Only bad prob when I went to leave barrier wouldn't go up called the assistance he checked said I'd booked to 5:30 that morning instead of afternoon this was 15:30i was there,said was extra payment which was OK as it was my fault but had to go fishing through my bags for credit card and had to do it twice as first time didn't work,I could have done without all this messing about,so everyone remember to use the 24 hr clock. "
