  " I booked early and got what i thought an excellent price for a one weeks stay at carpark 1. As I parked close to the steps at a near point to the terminal It only took me about 5 minutes to walk to the terminal. This meant I did not have to rely on the bus service. Coming home from the holiday especially late at night was again it was just a short walk back to the car. My suggestion for an improvement would be to put a walk up ramp at the bottom end. Carrying cases up the steps could be a problem for some people. "

  " Nice and easy for both arrival and departure at the car park. The system uses number plate recognition which is a lot better than having a barcode reader on your person. Well done!! "

  " After coming back from holidays my car wouldn't start. I went up to the desk to ask if they had jump leads . The man behind stated they use to but got taken off them. Even though I had to wait two hours for breakdown recovery to come out. You would think you would keep jump leads as you are in charge of the car parks. "

  " Worked well on outward journey; however, on return the car registration number was not recognised so the barrier did not rise to let me out of the car park. This caused disruption and delay. The booking process was good, but the inconvenience of not being Was disappointing and annoying. "
