  " when we arrived the attendant rang for the bus he was there in a minute,and on our return we were greeted by the bus who then took us to the car within minutes.great service thank you. "

  " The whole process worked well except on collecting the car I was told the car was parked over on the left. This was true but in practice at night it took a while to find it. The signage and road markings were confusing - made even more difficult by the number of cones blocking various "exits". Suggest clearer lane markings and perhaps some identification of parking bays - lane "x" bay "y" would have been useful. Having said all that I was pleased overall and will use the meet and greet again. "

  " Staff and Parking were fine, the problem arose as I tried to leave the parking area and exit the airport and I ended up going around in circles and needed more voice instruction to access the exit, otherwise fine. "

  " Always used short term 1 as just across from terminal. Now that is not available, I tried your new "meet and greet" service. Couple of hiccups with car recognition system, but easily overcome, and I will be using this service for our two holidays next year. "

  " Easy to book, easy access to airport on foot or with friendly driver of shuttle bus. Works well with number-plate recognition at barriers.
  A little pricey, especially when you have to pay for a full day even if you're only an hour or two into the next one. "

  Couldn’t get in the car park at first as there were no instructions regarding the barriers on the pre-visit paperwork
  On leaving the car park after our holiday it was very confusing as there were no signs for the exit and loads of cones everywhere blocking where we thought the exits were "
