  " Greeted by attendant who directed me to a convenient and well lit parking spot as I was traveling on my own.
  The driver of the shuttle bus was very pleasant and helped passengers with their luggage.
  The post code took me to the Travel Lodge nearby, disappointed with that.
  Would use again. "

  " Very straightforward process.When we arrived at reception it was raining quite heavily and the gentleman who greeted us suggested I stayed in the car while he kindly took our luggage out of the boot.He then directed me to a parking spot while he placed our luggage ready to board the shuttle bus.The staff including the bus drivers were all very courteous and I would certainly recommend this service. "

  One idea for you however - it was raining when we arrived, so why don't you have umbrellas that your customers can use across to the Terminal ? The umbrellas could have your name on it and could be left at a stand in the terminal which you could collect every couple of hours.

  " It was not that easy to find on the way from M4, as we couldn't see your sign until we turned around and drove back.... Nevermind, your staff were great, welcoming and helpful. The bus was waiting for us and whizzed us to the airport no problem. It was the same on our return... The bus just arrived as we got to the pickup point, the driver was cheerful and got us back quickly to our car. Thank you, we will use your service again, and recommend you. "
