  " Excellent. Efficient staff, parking was relatively easy lighting not as good as it coukd be but adequate. Bus clean and tidy, drivers were pleasant and helpful.
  Only slight moan was state of roadway when parking - and even that had been repaired while we were away.

  " Bus took ages to arrive and when it did it was so packed we had to stand amongst the cases. Very uncomfortable journey to the airport and we will definitely not be using Airparks again. "

  " All seemed quite good at first.. however on our return (a late night flight back to Luton), we repeatedly called the number on the card given to us and it was not answered. We made our way to the bus stop number quoted on the card and waited ages in the cold with a load of other people. Eventually a bus came to our stop, but the driver informed us his bus wasn't going to the car park - and what's more he didn't know when one would be with us. We waited a longer time before it finally turned up. "
