  " Friendly staff waiting when we arrived and although we arrived back late after midnight, there were no problems getting our keys. They were in a safe with a number we had to enter to get them out but all went well and the car was parked at the front ready for us. In any case, there were staff there in the office if there had been a problem. "

  " Plenty of space. However, exiting the car park (Long Stay 3 at Exeter) was not easy. When ticket inserted into machine it asked for £106 to be paid. No call button available and car behind !! Once a call button had been found on the entrance barrier, exit was cleared immediately. As I had heard of this situation before, I am left wondering if this is a scam as some people might have paid up just to get out of the car park? "

  Needed assistance from staff to get back out. Presume a security measure considering was not supposed to be there "
