  " To be quite honest, I had no idea how it was going to work, thought there was going to be some bloke waiting to take my key, but as I pulled up to the gate, it had said my name on the screen, took the ticket that had came out, then when I had returned from my holiday, it was as simple as putting the ticket in, and driving home very pleased with the service. "

  " Easy of use, pick up and drop off. staff most obliging and helpful.
  However
  We paid for a text message reminder, which we did not recieve. Fortunately our plane was ahead of schedule so the insurance waiver nit required.
  On arrival the barrier did not automatically give us a ticket, so on exit we were asked to pay £106. Thankfully a member of staff was able to over ride this. "
