  " The journey to the airport was very smooth and relatively short waiting time. Return was a little confusing as at night it was very difficult to know which carpark the driver was entering on the "bendy-bus" he made no announcements to passengers and we had to walk to front to ask where the bus was stopped at. I think this was not your normal bus and the driver was not used to taking the route, however it could have been better if there were some announcements. "

  " Travelling is stressful enough as it is, so to be able to drive up close to Airport Departures and leave the car knowing its safe, then do the same thing on your return without having to wait for buses (sometimes in the rain!) and drag luggage for miles - in my book is a REAL bonus! Thank you. "
