  " The automatic number plate recognition camera did not open the barrier on arrival or exit.There was no explanation for this and no assistance response when the button was pressed on either occasion.It took a while to figure out and find the paperwork and scan the barcode, but I guess if I had difficulty then I should be reassured that an unauthorized third party would not be able to pass through either.

  The signing for car park 3 could be more prominent as the postcode naturally directs you to car park 1. "

  " Really good service knowing our car is safe and secure and the buses are great as they are there every 10 mins easily when we went away this year we had just missed a bus but by the time we had the cases out of the car and walked to the bus stop the bus was there within a couple of minutes it’s a great service and it was the same when we’d landed

  " Very good efficient service. Jet Park 1 was quite a way from terminal but no problem with buses there and back. Just need to remember the number of your bus stop and which row your car is in as it's a very big car park! "
