  " We picked up our car at 2.30am, in the pouring rain, with 2 very tired children. Our car was at possibly the furthest space away. We also couldnt find it as told car space but couldnt see any clear markings in the dark and wet. Could have been parked nearer to building due to time etc "

  " I felt that the experience was so 'easy'. We had to travel three hours to get to East Midlands airport & were a bit worried about finding the Meet & Greet office & how the whole change over would work. However, the directions we received were good. The office was really easy to find & we were dealt with really quickly & in a friendly manner. I would definitely use Meet & Greet at East Midlands again. "
