  " You are guaranteed to park in a secure car park. Shuttle bus was clean & driver was friendly and ran on time.
  The only small issue we had was on our return the bus intercom was abit misleading regarding drop off points & car hire stops. We were parked at C.Park 2 but thought bus was going to c.hire stop so stayed on bus & had to go round all the stops before getting back to car park 2. But now we know how it goes we'll know for next time. C.Park 2 & C hire is the same stop at East Midlands. "

  " Customer service was great and quick for drop off and collection.
  Only disappointment is that our car was parked at the furthest possible point from the office. With 2 small children, landing at 03:30, we were expecting that ‘meet and greet’ would have meant the car would have been pulled closer for our collection. "
