  " As always we had no trouble with using Jetparks 2. Once parked we had only a couple of minutes to wait for the bus transfer. On return a bus was at the stop waiting. Although it was still school holidays when we set off we had no trouble at finding a parking space. "

  " The ease of the transfer to departures, but I was disappointed on return as when we got to our car we found the battery was flat. We went to the see one of the attendants for help but was just told to phone the AA and he just sat there. There was 4 of us thankfully it wasn't raining and we didn't have any children. Maybe a little help would have been nice but I think that would have been touch effort for the attendant who was happy to just sit there. "

  " on arrival the ease of parking was great we parked and jumped on the bus and taken to airport...however on departure it was a nightmare and made us re-consider ever using it again i had paid for sufficient time on car park allowing for any hiccups but on arriving there was no bus to transfer us to the airport from the runway so we had to wait over 25 mins on the plane for a bus to arrive this made us overstay our parking by 20 mins to the tune of a very rude obnoxious person with no customer service skills who would not listen to the reason our overstay was beyond our control demanded we pay another £10 for the barrier to open we had no money on us but he was not interested in this and refused to open the barrier (bearing in mind this is 12.30AM) after a very long day ..we had to pay by credit card to get him to open the barrier i will be putting a formal complaint in today and re-think about using the service in the future "
