  " We had to park in area V which as we are both bad with walking was next to a bus stop but due to works been carried out was not in use, si had to walk to bus stop 3! Also no seats in bus stops which is not good fir disabled passengers! "

  Have used you twice already this year . . . . on both occasions were a bit slow finding our car.
  Perhaps better location reminder such as lanes with bay numbers? e.g. Lane "C" bay 14
