  " Parking up was simple and very straight forward, very polite customer service at the check in desk, very professional. Collecting the car was just as easy. Very happy with the service, only moan is how dirty the car was on return, maybe a quick jet wash would vastly improve customer satisfaction. "

  " V swift & easy entry & exit. Bit miffed at just missing a bus on return journey....think there was only one flight and we were pretty quick out of the airport. 15min wait at midnight, in the freezing cold after a long day Travelling, was not fun! Parking wise though.....great as ever. "

  " Whilst the 'Meet and Greet'makes arriving/departing easier the car has come back filthy the last three times I have used this facility - they must park it in a big site where it is aggregates/gravel based as the car was totally covered in dust. I should charge them the £5 cleaning cost every time this happens. This feedback form asks if I will be happy for Airparks to post this - yes, but they won't. "

  " We parked at East Midlands JetParks2 and was surprised that there was no where to sit while waiting to transfer. Layout was missleading, why have Stop 1&2 at Jetparks1 and then 3&4 in Jetparks2 why not one Jetparks? Otherwise car was as we left it and everything seemed secure. "
