  " the ease at entering and leaving, plus the frequency of busses. Someone who parked in front of me after I had parked reversed into my car taking the paint off. Maybe a barrier between the two rows and more defined white lines between spaces would stop this. "

  " The ease of booking the parking, where it was situated and closeness to the building. Just one thing caused slight confusion was the sign for the park, we ended up going into the exit at first being dark, no real problem though we just turned round and found it. getting out on our return was just as easy, thanks Airparks. "

  " The actual booking at Holidays Extra was a nightmare .
  The service at East Midlands was very good
  Certainly would not consider booking unless security of the booking system at Holidays Extra was more secure from a customer point of view.
