  " We booked meet and greet, it was very convenient in that we were parked very close to the terminus, but the car was not brought to us or parked for us, it was just a case of being parked close by. If it had been tipping it down with rain we would still have got quite wet walking over to and finding the car. Also if my husband had not recovered so well after his heart attack, it would have been too far to walk. Other than that it was very good and prompt service. "

  " I liked the fact that the buses automatically announced (very clearly) the car parks and stops - in the past when arriving in the dark you had to rely on there driver shouting down the bus where you were and they weren't always very clear. "

  " Everything went as expected. The only suggestion I could make is to have more row signs, possibly on the back as well as the front of existing signs. I parked near bus stop 3 on longstay 1 and the signs were all facing away from me. "
