  " So easy!, drive up to the gates, speak to a pleasant/helpful staff member, who directed us where to park, dropped off keys, went on holiday, knowing van was safe, came back, my little girl was very tired and didn't want to walk, so thank goodness, meet and great is just outside terminal, our van which is longer than most, was parked towards the end of the line, very safely tucked away from other vehicles, we were very happy with the care and thought given and taken, this is the second time we have used meet and great and we will use it again, service is fantastic, thank you all so much! "

  " Due to inclement weather at time of picking the car up it would have helped if the rapid pick up area also recognised that the car had paid for the duration so that the car could be used to access this area to collect the other passengers and luggage rather than having to pay again. This would prevent having to get wet going to the car "
