  " The “meet “ part was great but the return part was not !!! We had to walk all the way to the exit to retrieve our vehicle with 2 suitcases, 2 hand luggage bags and a golf club holdall !!! Not at all what we are used to as at other airports ! We may as well have used the normal and cheaper car parks at the airport ! Not what you want after a flight so will not be using your company again ! "

  " Ease of arrival but this would be improved by better definition of parking bays. Also score would have been better if auto number plate recognition had been functioning correctly on our return, i.e. having to wait in a queue at 4 a.m. is not appreciated! "

  " The price charged was pretty reasonable. On arrival the transfer bus was waiting. When we arrived home (3 hour flight delay) again the transfer bus was waiting for an immediate departure. Imagine my delight not to be charged for the extra 3 hours. Excellent service!! "

  " This was quick & convenient. Only problem was on our return we did not know which car park was which as the driver just stopped & didn’t announce which car park we were at. Everyone was asking us this jet parks 1 or 2 - you could do with a tannoy system to say where you are. Otherwise great service thank you "
