  " The easy process overall and the confidence that the vehicle is safe. Also nice and close to the terminals.
  The only down side is that the service is so popular there are sometimes queues waiting to park and also when you collect your vehicle. "

  " Easy entry and exit, staff friendly. Not sure where my car was kept while I was away, but on pickup the wheels were covered with mud, hope it was in a secure place. "

  " I phoned prior to the holiday and informed your company we had a disabled person in our party. The reply was "tell the operator at the barrier when you arrive". We did and he directed me to a (disabled ?) bay nearest to the departure gate. But on our return the car was furthest away and so tight we couldn't open the door for the disabled person.
