  " The simplicity of online booking is seamless. The price is great, The staff at East Midlands are fantastic. Professional, welcoming and funny. The car was ready and waiting when we got back in to the UK. Perfect timing. Worth the money and saves so much hassle and time. "

  " In general I like the service. Regular buses, fast service and easy to park.
  Only problem we seem to have is getting out. Two years running the "registration reader" didnt read our number plate. Maybe you should have clearer instructions and lines at the exits so that customer know where to park. It also took a good minute for someone to answer "

  " Meet and greet was a high point in our holiday. In the early hours of the morning a seemless service started at the entry barrier where my car was identified, photographed and welcomed into the car park adjacent to your office.
  Considering the hour, all staff were upbeat and professional in processing key exchanges. 16 days later the process was repeated with the office staff cheerful and happy almost to see me! Found the car near to the office and exited barrier with number plate recognition.
  How you motivate staff that positively at all hours is a credit plus the service itself is convenient. "

  " That the car was in a very clean condition, as it was when I left it, so no problems there. last year the car that I parked was in such a bad state, covered in a thick white dust (black car ) you couldn't even see through the windows or any of the lights , and had to wipe all windows and lights with a towel to be able to drive home, which was no fun at 11.30pm, followed by an intensive wash of the car the next day.
  Good instructions on arrival of where to park, which was close to the office, and everything dealt with in the office quickly. It was well parked on collection, with good instructions written down of how to find it. Very polite and business orientated in the office giving out good instructions etc.
  I would suggest that the driving position being returned back to what it was when I left it, as had to spend 5 minutes readjusting the seating position before being able to drive off. "

  " Very close to the airport, fast transfers. I was delayed on a flight home and wanted to speak to an advisor but only open between Monday to Friday this was the only issue, £10 late charge but understandable. Will use Jetparks again. "
