  " My car registration plate wasn’t recognised when we arrived so I had to speak with the controls office. The gentleman was really friendly and polite which put me at ease. He sent me a token to use via the machine and was very apologetic that I had a problem getting through the barrier.
  Finding a space was easy too, so I parked up in a matter of minutes.
  The bus drivers going into the airport and returning back to the car were again very nice and helpful 😊 "
