  " The whole episode flowed so easily, entry to the carpark was swift, the office dealt was clear and succinct with the instructions and now that the office is so close to the arrivals / departure area it's a doddle getting in and out. Maybe clearer "Exit" signs would be a help, especially in the dark. "

  " I didn't enjoy the fact that the car registration wasn't detected by the camera on arrival nor on departure luckily I made a copy of the barcode on my booking confirmation to scan at the entrance and exit points. There's a lot of potholes and loose stones that can cause damage to the car tyres and the shelters are not big enough sometimes when it's raining as not many people and suitcases can fit in them and you have to stand out in the rain as there is nowhere else to shelter, hopefully these issues can be addressed as the cost of parking should have generated enough money over the years to pay for the improvement to the parking areas. "

  " Ease of use. Unfortunately the trolleys need a £/€ to release. At 6am i had forgotten to pick any loose change up so i had to carry 3 bags and a travel cot across to departures.
  Other airports i have used, no change is needed to get a trolley. "

  " The only gripe that I have is that the final direction sign before the car park is at a junction before the actual entrance and I spotted two vehicles in front of me go down the wrong road, turn around and get it right at the second attempt - if I hadn't spotted them, I might have done the same myself - to correct this, the sign needs moving just a few yards past this previous junction. "
