  " I can’t quite comprehend why it takes so long for the barrier to come up. Also our barcode wouldn’t scan. This is the second time this has happened to us at East Midlands this year, we have had to push the button to ask for assistance both times. This system should be much more efficient and work much more quickly than it does in my opinion. "

  " Convenience of turning up and being let in via ANPR. We had to wait 30minutes for the shuttle not 15 mins as advertised.
  Return shuttle however from the airport very prompt and helpful driver. "

  " It was so easy and quick , liked the all round cameras. We did have a wheel chair , so a bay right near the zebra crossing and disabled parking around the car would be great where possible (but not a major issue) "
