  " Having used you twice during the last 6 months, we have now decided EMA is the only airport we will use in the future.
  Your instructions were clear and easy to follow and your staff were very helpful too. Your parking bays were so close to the terminal building that we were soon in departures and checked in.
  The EMA is a very good airport too. "

  " Very straight forward from start to finish. Possibly re-lining the exit and arrow indicators at ground level could be improved. Maybe an intercom on the bus to state the future stops even screens to indicate progress.

  " It was easy to arrange on line. Nearer to the day of departure I realised the time to collect on return was not long enough. A telephone call, amended by an efficient lady, and a revised schedule was emailed within hours. Good service "

  " Number plate recognition meant not having to drop keys off at central office and being able to park own vehicle is much better. The lovely bus driver waited for us at pick up point when we were scurrying up road with suitcases and didn't drive straight off he even waited for another party after us in a very courteous good will jesture "
