  " Car park 5 was close to the terminal but sadly not signposted anywhere at the last junction. We had to go into car-perk 4 to seek assistance. On our return the traffic was totally jammed and one of the shuttle bus drivers kindly walked us to where the bus was held up (near a roundabout) so that we could be picked up and on our way quicker. The driver was then able to avoid having to go in the non -moving traffic. "
