  " The ease of just being able to drive into and out of the parking area. I was a bit displeased with the size of the parking spaces. Cars are not all the same size and I think that an area should be set aside for Chelsea Tractors, BMWS, JAGUARS and other larger vehicles- to avoid damage from their doors to other vehicles.They also often stick out beyond the allotted area, thus reducing manoevring area when trying to park. "

  " Short stay 3 park (as it is now known) was conveniently placed for us to walk to the departure terminal. The park is secure with barrier entrance and exit. We pre-paid, so there was no ticket to lose! Would recommend. "

  " Very easy service to use, regular connection buses. Only bad point, when I returned my car wouldn't start as the battery was flat, I went to the nearest bus stop and pressed the call button but got no response. I was stranded with a 3yr in a hot car and also got no joy with the phone number. A bus driver helped me to push start my car in the end, can't thank him enough :) "

  " Pre-Booked Value for money - a bit confusing trying to find Long Stay 2 carpark ( formerly LS 5 ) and on arrival barrier did not automatically open so pressed the button and got a token ( dont do this ) however on departure drove upto barrier and would not open unless I paid £80 - called for assistance and spoke to operator who stated I should have contacted them on arrival as the barrier did not automatically open !! But anyway he let me out !! "
