  " no queue this time because of early morning arrival. straight in and out. Fabulous. Was sceptical to use again after June's debarcle when people where queuing from the airport doors, don't quite know what went wrong then. Although I must admit because we had a wheelchair user with us I jumped the queue and got my keys reasonably quickly. But the rest of the queue were very disgruntled. "
