  " Speed of entry into the car parking area was adequate despite it being very busy. Once past the arrival barriers the process moved forward like a well oiled machine.
  Similarly on return, from clearing customs we were M1 Northbound in 10 minutes.
  Prices are good value especially when compared to the cost of a taxi from home to airport.
  Will definitely use again. "

  " We had a bad experience with the parking at East Midlands Airport. All our literature stated that we were in Long Stay 3 - but this parking area does not exist. When we arrived at the airport we looked for Long Stay 3 but could not find this area after looking for 20 minutes. My wife had to get out of the car and go into the terminal building to sort this out. We had been allocated a place in Mid Stay 1. This took a further 15 minutes to sort out. This delay caused my wife and myself to go to check in later than anticipated resulting in the fact that we were no longer allocated seats together on the flight. I would sort this out to prevent anyone possibly missing their flight due to the mix up in the paperwork. I must say that this is the first time I have had to send negative comments in all the years I have used Airparks and hope that take my comments on board. "

  " Everything went as it should, drove up to barrier, it opened we parked up and got on the bue....simple. Same on the way back, walked out of the arrivals, caught the bus, loaded the car and drove out through the barrier... faultless, thankyou. "
