  " There were no problems getting into the parking area. We found a parking space easily and for us near a bus stop. The bus was easy to get on and a very courteous driver. Dropped off at the departure lounge so convenient. Will be doing it again next year. "

  Downside was availability of spaces. It is difficult trying to find a space to park in.
  My car reg was not recognised on the way out. We had to ring for assistance, it was sorted but just took the shine off an otherwise seamless process. "

  " being able to park outside terminal building. Good service when leaving the car, simple actions. Good service again on return(0100hrs) and car only 75 yds away. No waiting. Well worth the extra.On the whole an enjoyable experience. "

  " As I have mobility problems, it is always pleasant to deal with organisations who take care to assist as much as possible. My most recent usage of the Meet and Greet(M&G) at EMA was very easy with the clear direction given to the disabled bay close to the M&G office and it was in the same place on our return. Uncomplicated. Bit of advice though is to clearly state that you are disabled when coming through the barriers. Say it first before anything else as the operators are busy and once they have your booking reference they will direct you to the next bay and be off dealing with the next vehicle. "

  I had an elderly relative with me, who sat in the office waiting foe assistance to come, while I went and checked in luggage. They didn't show and a very kind gentleman pushed her ascross to me in check in.

  " On arrival we needed to park some way from stop 3 but as the driver saw us just to start walking towards the stop he waited for us to reach the bus which took a few minutes. Very helpful and pleasing. "

  " I use your service on a regular basis, mainly from East Midlands. There has occasionally been a problem entering the car park that has been booked but lately this has not been an issue. My last trip, returning on 16/10/17, I was unable to exit the car park as the automated machine refused exit and instructed me to pay £55. I had pre-booked and pre-paid and not outside the pre-booked time so was a little disturbed and annoyed that I was not able to exit immediately. After 4 attempts to exit I had to call an anonymous voice to seek assistance. I was eventually allowed to leave but without explanation or any kind of apology. This has happened twice before but on this occasion I have decided to highlight the issue to your selves. Quite disappointed with the 'exit' experience. It won't stop me from using your services again but, from a customer services perspective, I urge you to address this issue. "
