  " It wasn`t snowing this time , Entry and exit was so easy and your car park so handy for the terminal. Everything worked exactly as it should ,we will definitely use the facility again. Unlike BMI aircraft which we will never use again ! "

  " The convenience of the whole process. Buses to transport you to the departure area are frequent.
  One negative this time was the attitude of the female driver who transported us to the airport on Saturday 28th April. The bus was busy and all of the luggage racks were full when we boarded meaning that I had to store our luggage in the aisle. She constantly tutted at us and other passengers who had no option to do the same.The bus was clearly not big enough to meet the demand at that time of the morning (about hrs.) and it would have been better to have been one of your bendy-buses. When we alighted at the terminal even one of the cabin crew who presumably uses the service on a regular basis commented to us that she was out of order and informed us that she would report the driver to the appropriate people. It wasn't the best way to start our holiday !! "

  " Very easy to book car in at airport, upon arriving back in middle of night it was very dark and rainy and I would have liked better signs as I somehow struggled to read my map , and see the numbers on the floor to find my car "
