  " Just drew up to the barrier and was let in without problems. Exactly the same going out. Didn't wait long for a bus either to the airport or back. Only criticism would be that there was little stowage space for suitcases so valuable seating/leg space was taken up with baggage. "

  " Needed car parking near terminal at East Midlands. Was pleased with the ease with which booking was made and with simplicity of making changes e.g. like changing the registration number of vehicle we eventually travelled in. Most of all I was impressed with the ease with which the number plate recognition worked on entry and exit. Absolutely no hitches. "
