  But if you order fast track tickets then had to ring twice for off as when printbon line it only prints logo not the scan code.
  Mentioned this before in December and again in May. But no changes to online format made. So had to ring up for email with att pdf to print

  " Easy to get to departures, on this experience the exit was problematic we were asked to pay £85 when we had already pre-paid. The problem was resolved quickly. "

  " When we arrived our vehicle was not recognised. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to respond to the buzzer communication by which time I had started telephone contact with the helpline so was holding 2 conversations. We were told that the last booking date held for us was May. When we quoted the booking reference for the booking we were allowed to pass through the barrier. We then experienced a delay in getting out of the car park and had to press the buzzer for help again advising that we did actually have a current booking reference. We were eventually let out. This is no doubt a handy facility but make sure you take your booking reference with you! "

  " Easy to find Short Stay Car Park 3. Short walk to terminal. Fully working ANPR for entrance and departure. Just a bit worried that there is no ticket verification on departure, as anyone else taking your car on the expected date could potentially get away with your vehicle. "
