  " Turned up at the airport, the people were ready for me. Parked where instructed to, and proceeded to office to drop car key off. Ticket issued, off on holiday.
  Returned as scheduled, produced ticket, was shown where the car was, put suitcases in, and exited through the exit gate.

  " It was not that great an experience this time a large que on arrival to get through barrier
  Then having to wait outside booking in office at 5am in cold weather no shelter for 15 minutes along with lots of other customers .staff were overwhelmed not like last time we used.we will probably use local parking next time ,found this not a very good experience "
