  " The ease of driving straight in and out car park. Not being held up by a barrier that doesn't raise especially, when you have other motorists behind you.
  In addition, there is an assuring level of security around the car park itself and each space leaves good space on either side of the car. "

  " Being able to book online. However the barrier didn't rise and I had to call for assistance. On the way out the barrier didn't raise so I put a yellow disk in and it lifted. This is NOT WHAT YOUR INSTRUCTION TELL YOU DO. Therefore I found it most confusing. "
