Dover Ferry Parking is a multi-storey car park connected to the Eastern Docks at Dover. Ferry Parking are the holders of the Secured Car Park Award and are patrolled by Dover Harbour Board Police for security.

On arrival at Dover Ferry Parking: Follow signs for the multi-storey car park. Proceed to the entrance barrier. The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. You should bring your booking confirmation to the car park.
Drive up to the entry barrier. The machine will read and recognise your car registration number. The barrier will lift. Park your car and transfer to the airport.
If the barrier does not rise, press the button and quote your booking reference number.

On return to Ferry Parking Dover: Drive to the exit barrier, the barrier will read your vehicle number plate and will open.
If the barrier does not rise, press the button and quote your booking reference number.

Please note: We recommend that you allow 20 minutes to park and walk into the terminal. On the following dates (8th/9th May, 15th/16th May and the 22nd/23rd May) access to the Multi Story Dover Port Ferry car park will be severely restricted due to maintenance work. Therefore, please allow additional time to counter for this.
The car park does have a height restriction of 2 metres. Traffic wardens in the office at the entrance of the car park can arrange a space for a high-sided vehicle.
