What do I need to know before I book parking at East Midlands?
East Midlands airport has one main terminal and there are a range of car parks available to book that are either in the airport grounds or near them. If you're planning on booking an off-airport car park, we recommend checking that transfers are provided to the terminal. Most on-airport car parks are close enough to the airport to walk, but some do provide transfers dependent on where they are in the airport grounds. However, if you don't want to walk or take a transfer, we highly recommend opting for a valet parking or meet and greet service.

Off-airport East Midlands airport parking
Off-site East Midlands airport car parking means that you park away from the airport grounds and will need a transfer to-and-from the East Midlands airport terminals. Most off-site parking companies provide regular transfers 24 hours a day to both terminals 1 & 2. The advantages of using off-site car parking is that you can save yourself a huge amount of money, compared to parking on-site and paying the gate prices. On-airport East Midlands parking
On-site parking means that the car park is located on the airport grounds. This means that generally transfers are not needed to get to the airport terminal as it's usually only a short walking distance. The advantages of parking on-site are that you can drive straight to the airport, park-up and then make your way quickly to the terminal. As this is generally the most convenient, time-saving option - it does mean that you can end up paying a lot more than you would by parking off-site.
