Customer Reviews

Short Stay (INV) The car park was close to the terminal, the staff were very friendly and efficient when I went to customer services to pick up my pre paid ticket.Mrs Fraser 07 Dec, 2016 (5 out of 5)

Short Stay (INV) It was close to the terminal, but the first car park was full.
that said there were no other via options, unlike Aberdeen where similar parking is 2/3 of the cost.
Mr Stewart 06 Dec, 2016 (3 out of 5)

Long Stay (INV) Very short walk from the long stay to the airport terminal.
Prepaid car park ticket easily activated on return to the airport before collecting car.
Overall a great and hassle free experience.
Thank you
Miss Reid 05 Dec, 2016 (5 out of 5)

Long Stay (INV) Nothing really to enjoy. The walk is a bit tedious in bad weather.
There was only one space when i arrived as most of the car park was fenced off due to work.
Ms Thomas 30 Nov, 2016 (4 out of 5)

Long Stay (INV) Simple on-line booking, however as a family, I would have liked the option to book more than one car at the same time rather than having to do two separate bookings.
Getting parked was easy, getting out less so! Can you please highlight more clearly on the booking reservation, the need to validate the ticket in the airport before setting off to get the car. We had an unnecessary walk back to validate as we were unaware of that need, anticipating the barcode on the reservation as being the exit code.
That said the whole process was very straightforward and painless!

Long Stay (INV) The long stay car park at Inverness is an easy walk from the airport,,so that's good. However, there is a capacity problem. I use this airport frequently, and on the last few occasions the car park has been overbooked. A couple of months ago i could not find a space and I ended up making phone calls to Airparks and having to sort out arrangements to park at the Short Stay car park instead. It was easily resolved but took up time while I made calls - luckily I had left home in plenty of time. This most recent time, I did eventually find a space, but there were cars everywhere, squeezed into any gap, causing obstructions. This needs to be sorted out. Also, on this most recent occasion, the ticket I was given on exit did not work in the barrier. Luckily when I tried the other barrier it worked, but had it not I don't know what I would have done because the airport had closed by then and no one was answering the help button. Not very satisfactory late at night.Mrs Hendry 19 Oct, 2016 (3 out of 5)

Long Stay (INV) Not sure I enjoyed it. 2nd time booked long stay at Inverness and 2nd time found no space on arrival. On phoning Airparks your representative, who was very good, contacted the airport then directed us to shortstay. Although shortstay was nearer and more convenient it did mean having to drive round and round longstay looking for a space, phone Airparks , transfer to short stay, speak to airport information, then queue up and have ticket validated at information on return. Not the smoothest of pre flight activities with a wife who is not the most relaxed flyer. The longstay car park is too small.Mr Mackay 12 Oct, 2016 (3 out of 5)

Long Stay (INV) Convenient because there was no space in the long stay I had to park in the short stay which was right next to the airport. As I had booked online this was permissible. The whole thing did not really work tho' due yo not enough spaces st Inverness airport.Ms Rasbash 22 Sep, 2016 (4 out of 5)

Long Stay (INV) found parking space first time, and it was a short walk to catch flight on return first class service by Airparks staffMrs Smith 04 Aug, 2016 (5 out of 5)

Short Stay (INV) Great car park right next to the terminal, easy arrival and easy departure.Mr Mitchell 02 Aug, 2016 (5 out of 5)
