Airport parking for disabled customers

At our Airparks locations, we manage and operate our own car parks to ensure you receive service of the highest quality. If you require parking for disabled people, our professional, friendly staff are available to make your travel experience easy and enjoyable.

If you have a disability, our park-it, check-in system will allow you to check-in using a hand-held device, so you won't have to leave your car. We provide this efficient service at all Airparks locations, apart from Glasgow and Newcastle.

Airparks staff are often able to drive you to the airport in your own car, eliminating the need for transfer buses. Once you have been dropped off at the terminal, our staff will then drive your car back to our secured Airparks location, where it will be kept for the duration of your stay.

Enjoy the benefits of a one way Meet & Greet parking option with our Return Greet service. On your return to the airport, a proficient, uniformed Airparks driver will meet you at the airport with your car. After a long, tiring journey, you won't have to wait around and can make your way home without delay.

Unfortunately, there are no disabled toilets on-site at our Airparks locations.

Whether you are flying away on holiday with family or friends, Airparks will provide you with a professional, competent service, to make travelling hassle-free.

  • Just book online in the normal way, or give us a call on 0800 093 5478 and we'll make a note of it on your booking. You'll be fully catered for anyway though - Airparks will park your car for you, and all the transfer buses are wheelchair-accessible.
