  " We booked to leave from T2 and return to T1. This information and the flight numbers were provided to Airparks. It was not explained to us that we would have walk from T1 to T2 on our return. My wife has limited mobility and this caused her great distress and took a long time. It would have been better had this been explained to us at the booking stage and details given of any transport available between the two terminals. Your reception at T1 told us to walk "

  " Very easy destination and secure, the bus service is every 20 mins or so. I bought fast track service through heathrow for my return journey however I was unable to use this as nobody at Heathrow knew anything about it so feel I was duped into buying something that did not exhist. "

  " Simple process to make the booking, car was ID'd by the ANPR cameras going in & out so no issues. However, our return flight was cancelled and our only option was to come back 1 day earlier than planned, and you wanted to charge me £30 more for 1 day less!!! With the chopping and changing of flights at the moment this doesn't help stressed travellers. "
