Airparks East Midlands procedures

Using off-site East Midlands parking will mean that it is necessary to get transfers to-and-from the East Midlands airport terminal. If you make a booking with Airparks East Midlands, transfers are included in the price. Our transfers run 24-hours a day, meaning you'll never be stranded whatever your flight time.
Our transfers run every 20 minutes between 04.00 and 23.00. Outside of these times, we run a regular shuttle service on request. Transfers take only eight minutes to the East Midlands airport terminal. Check out our Airparks East Midlands bus timetable.

On arrival...
On your arrival, all you need to do is park your car at our Airparks reception and check-in. Your car will be parked for you while a shuttle bus will take you to the terminal. We recommend that you leave at least 40 minutes for check-in and your transfer to the airport.

On return...
On your return all you need to do is wait where you were dropped off, and the transfer bus will take you back to the car park.
