  " Good service, didn't wait long for the shuttle in either direction. Didn't like that on return you have to wait at the kiosk by the entrance to collect your keys as it was pouring with rain and the staff were busy letting in customers who were arriving. Much better when it used to be in an actual office. "

  " Hassle free and the car was safe. They seemed very organised. Its pricey - but car parking at airports is so not as pricey as some. Will use again for sure if I have another holiday flying from Luton. "

  " Due to a late change of plan, I booked the night before I travelled for 5 days parking with Short Runs. Daily rate affordable, onsite assistance very good, transfer quick, my car was in perfect order on my return, overall very happy with my choice. Yes, would recommend and use again - if they remain affordable. "

  " On returning to collect my vehicle I had to search for it as the ticket on the keys had not been completed with the whereabouts of the vehicle.
  Someone had also turned the interior lights on which ran the battery down. However, your staff assisted with a jump start.
  All a little disappointing as in the past your service has been very good. "

  " Guides to parking slots were always helpful. Colour coded areas and numbered rows made finding the car really easy. We could do with a bit more space between cars though, to avoid risk of scratching the neighbours’ paintwork. Shuttle bus was speedy and meant no massive parking expense in drop-off
  zones at the airport. "
