  " A very professional company. It was easy to book and the price was by far the most competitive. Don’t be mislead by the cost, because the service was first class. Very friendly staff made it easy to check in and my car was immediately ready for collection after my flight. Mustn’t forget to mention their smiling attentive coach drivers……

  " We have used your service many times before and always been happy. Unfortunately this time having arrived at the bus stop at 22.50hrs we waited for 35 minutes . We had been told at time of drop off that the last bus was at 23.30 and if we missed it had to make our own way to car park. The timetable said buses run till 23.45. We were never told that we should ring to arrange pick up which apparently you can do after 22.00hrs. The details at the bus stop do not clearly state this either. When we rang at 23.25 a bus was sent out to us.
  I think clearer information at the outset and an updated notice at bus stop 30 would have saved a lot of worry late at night. "

  " WE PAID FOR MEET AND GREET BY purple parking , we followed the instructions and called once we collected our bags , confirming name and car reg . We then proceeded to the Purple desk expecting to have our car waiting , we had to wait 35 mins , 50 mins from our call .
  this is just not good enough , there were other people waiting for cars as well .
  this was not good service "
