• Purple Parking Park and Ride
  " Used Purple Parking for Heathrow T5 for first 2 weeks in February.
  Had originally booked for Gatwick at a really good discounted price in December (£65). However, our flights were changed to Heathrow at short notice so the price went up to £165!
  We were given a voucher for the entire original cost to put towards the new cost which helped.
  Actual parking and transfers were quick and smooth both ways.
  Overall, very pleased with the service (we have used Airparks before) and would use again. "

  " Parking was simple and straightforward but when we came home first the bus did not stop at the front of the queue causing mayhem then we went to Terminal 5 to let off passengers which meant most of the people and thier luggage who just got on had to get off again to let them off which was ridiculous the driver should have been empty when he picked us up at Terminal 2. Not impressed "

  " We thought the service was easy to use, reasonably priced and most efficient. We were particularly pleased that the shuttle bus ran as advertised every 20 minutes. Our car was ready as soon as we arrived but it would be helpful if the directional signing was clearer, eg 'area B' seemed to be on both sides of your reception area which was confusing. We are happy to use the service again. "

  However, we went around every terminal in the airport in the pickup bus on our return, therefore adding another twenty to thirty minutes to our journey "

  " Travelling up the A4 Bath Road, it was very hard to find the car park premises in the dark. I knew that the car park was located on the opposite carriageway, but despite putting in the address and postcode that you refer to on your website into my sat nav, it was difficult to get to.....not a problem in the daylight I'm sure, but as I say not easy in the early morning darkness "

  " Everything was fine EXCEPT the fact that upon returning to T5 and phoning the office, as required, we were told the car was at T2, and told "as we booked". The guys at T5 collection/pick-up could not have been better, but it was a half-hour wait for the car to be re-delivered to T5, where we booked. "

  " it was seamless, dropped off car, took bus to bus t Terminal T2 at Heathrow, waited for 2 hours, came back and with friend left. NO fuss no issues. I was using this service before the pandemic and as soon as I can fly out of the country, I'll use it again "
