    " Check in was an absolute nightmare, if I had known this was going to be self check in I would not have booked it
    on our return I stood outside waiting for your transport which seemed like ages, after a 5 hour + delay I didn’t need this, therefore I will not be parking at silver zone ever again. "

    " We are usually very content with your parking at Bristol Airport, although on this occasion , after asking that our car could remain in the disabled parking area , we were very disappointed to find on arriving home atam and picking up our keys, that our car had been moved to a non-disabled space 4 rows away from where we had left it. My husband had to struggle with cases and walk to find the car. The handbrake had been pulled up so tightly it was difficult to release. NOT very impressed this time. Could you please comment on this? "

    " It was easy to get your keys put through the letterbox with the new system. However it was not explained how to use the system before we arrived which would’ve helped. I unfortunately lost my receipt on holiday getting in touch with the office to inform you I had lost them was very hard as you did not have anybody I could speak to if it wasn’t for my sister using emails I would not probably have had real problems.On that side of it I would probably have only given you one or a half it needs to be looked into you do need real people at some stage to sort out problems and the choices weren’t there to help please look into it although it was my fault I did lose my ticket.     " Great service…. Only negative is that the postcode led me into the short stay drop off car park which cost me £5 to get out of!!!

    " Really impressed. Haven’t travelled for years for obvious reasons. We did the self service key drop and it was so simple. We were in and out in minutes. Same when we returned. Keys were ready in minutes and we were in our way home in no time. Great service!!! "

    " Had to wait at 4a.m in a long queue of people waiting to book there cars in not enough staff and the automated check in only 1 was working ???? The day of our return only 2 personal we’re on duty so again long queues to collect car key which was not expected after a long journey home. ?? "

    " Very efficient drop off service. Would have preferred an automated collection service as well to save queuing, however, all staff at collection were very helpful and quick. It was easy to park and locate our car afterwards. Didn't have to wait at all for a bus to take us to and from the airport which is very much welcomed at 3:30am. Great service and will definitely use them again next time, thank you. "

    " On 13th May key collection was chaotic and frustrating, with long queues outside the building and a wait of about half an hour to get inside with no information about the delays. However the key drop off was smooth, with staff explaining the new machines. I have given a high rating because I have used the Bristol carpark many times in the past without any problems, and hope the current situation is temporary and probably due to the post pandemic effect. "
