  " Some years ago we used to use the satellite carparks around the airport, without any major problems. Then for convenience we booked Airparks Silver and we have never looked back. I always use Airparks both at Bristol and other airports I have flown from. I am confident that my car will be safe and looked after and the service is always friendly and efficient. Flew back from Greece two days ago and we were delayed for several hours, no problem at all on collection. I had to change my booking and, again, this was very easy to do. I have already booked for my next flight. "

  " Booking in was very slick. A very helpful and pleasant young lady helped us with the final step of posting our car key.
  However key collection on departure was pretty shambolic. Long queues when people just want to get to going on what can be a long journey "

  " Very easy, straight forward, close to the airport, no having to wait for a bus. Although as it was our first visit, we parked quite a distance away from the airport entrance, so had quite a long walk, although there is the option to send for a bus, so if you have heavy or many cases that would be an option. Alternatively you can drive to the end of the car park and drop off any other passengers with the cases and then look for a parking space. My tip is drive to the end of the car park and then look for a space, so you won't have to walk so far. On the plus side we parked under a tree, so the car was in th shade. "
